SHIPPING

Merchandise is shipped using USPS.  USPS rates apply.

Once your invoice has been paid, items will be mailed within 24-48 hrs. Mailings are normally done Monday – Friday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Additional rates may apply.

A tracking number will be provided for all orders, Kentee's Boutique is not responsible once the package is handed to USPS and a  tracking number is provided. All packages are insured through USPS.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as business day.
